I recently placed an order with Nation Wide Disc to duplicate a DVD. They shipped the job to me but they didn't send the original DVD that I've sent it to them.
I called David Eyerman (the guy who took my order on the phone) to tell him to send me the original DVD but he didn't answer my call. I sent him an email asking about the original DVD and he replied: "I will require an email stating that all is well with the production run that we have made, and then I can send the master back to you right away... Let me know if there are any questions". (What an A*)
I sent him the email that he requested and he replied: " The master is being pulled from our storage area, it should ship out today". (This was 2 weeks ago) Meanwhile I'm trying to call him but he's not picking up my calls. After one week I sent him another email asking about the original DVD and he replied: " It is on the way, and should be there shortly". Till now I haven't received anything from them. I'm trying to call but he is not picking up.
I really don't recommend dealing with Nation Wide Disc... Just don't
