Disc lessons Sent disc I didn't order and charged my account Lakewood

There was an ad on tv for a free disc to try. If it was beneficial then order the set. This was a receipt disc. I had to pay s&h, 4.95 that is how they got my debit #. I hadn't even opened the package, three days later i got the whole shabang! Since i'm legaly blind i have no need for office organizing lessons. I called and was told to send one c/d back & my 198.00 would be refunded promptly. I went thru this for a year and haven't gotten anything! That is calling every 2-3 weeks. They are still on tv. Don't believe them, its a scam.
