Wrongfull termination of employment

During employment for the company Landspan has reduced pay for all drivers without notice and without reason. I was terminated from the company for 3 late loads in which I had no control over. 2 late loads were do to equipment failure, (company owned equipment). (1). A/C COMPRESSOR failed in Arizona. (2). Wire harness broke on headlamp.
The final late load was for reasons of back child support. The payments were being deducted from pay of my co-driver for at least a month before we found out at the Echo, UT. POE that the license has been invalid for no payment. This cause a number of issues. First, we were both terminated upon reestablishment of license due to the third late load. Second, we had to pay the back payment out of pocket, and third, we both can no longer be employed with another trucking company due to false statements on DAC report and in company records.
