Punnishing a driver by turning their trucks to 60 mph

As a company driver, if your idle rate is not under 25% your tuck will be turned down to 60 mph, it does not matter what the weather conditions are like or if you are stuck waiting for a load.

Swift claims that all their loads that are dispatched to a driver are planned according to 50mph, this is a blatent lie. They plan our drive times at a rate of 65mph.

If this was to happen to a driver the problems that will happen is the load will be picked up late and more than likely be delivered late, then the driver will get a service faliure and Swift has a bad habbit of placing this info on adrivers dac report.
