Sold Sattelite receivers that don't work at all Ripoff

Purchased two Satellite receivers for $1300.00 (late saw the same receivers on the Internet for under $200 ea.) that he claimed would receive all certain channels,

I made sure he could be contacted easily by email and phone before purchasing them, by several emails and phone conversation.

Upon receiving them neither one worked at all, he was easily reached via email and phone before receiving them.

He did answer an email and claimed it was probably minor and would contact the manufacturer for a fix and get back to me, he never did.

After that he wouldn't answer a half dozen emails sent to him and the phone number was an answering machine and he never called back, a week later the answering machine was removed and a voice came on saying they're closed.
