Negligent report file consumer rip-off daughters death was ruled a suicide I feel this is a case which needs to be investigated and reopened, San Diego

My Daughter Passed away on May 3. The El cajon Poice department. Did not to a thorugh investigation. Sujects involved where let free. Many vital information was not reported bt both the E.L.P. D and Medical EXaminers. My daughter was dying the evening of 5-2-03, she was stated as being very sick.

The subject with her left only to return later at approx 4:30am with several other persons to have a party. The subject did nothing to save my daughter he did not call 911 because he was on probation. Once they discovered she passed away, all persons in the room scrambeled not until after robbing her of her money, prescription meds and CD player.

I feel this is a case which needs to be investigated and reopened. My daughter death was ruled a suicide. According to the ME report there was not enough of any substance in her system to kill anyone. The report stated traces of some pills, while his final comments where their was large amounts of various pills in system. I am seeking anyone wh can help me in this manner. Thank You
