Maintenance contract/rebate

I have already described my issue but I will express my dissatisfaction further. I was refused a loaner when I took my vaccum cleaner for yearly maintenance. When purchasing the maintenance contract we were told we could have one. 2 weeks without a vaccum cleaner. No rebate on a washer we bought in January. I submitted all the necessary information on the computer and they say they have no receipt??? I do.
