Shane Ratliff and his supervisor Kim came to our home in Rio Rancho NM to sell us a vaccum cleaner. We originally purchased the vaccum. For $2424.00. The next day we found out that they had sold similar vaccums to our neighbors and friends for $1000.00. We canceled the order and gave them back their vaccum in return they were suppose to give us back ours. We have not recieved our vaccum back from them. They have not returned any of our calls. Shanes id # is 601 864132. They should not be allowed to do business with anyone.
