Order not received. Stolen

My Thane carpet sweepers were stolen off my front porch on Oct. 6th. Canada Post left them there, since I wasn't home. I want a REFUND!!! Now!!! I can't believe the shoddy practice of your company. I filed one complaint already, which was supposedly not received, and phoned your office at least 5 times. Last call I made, I was told a replacement was being shipped. What liars.
