Would not let me see results of my ticket

I checked my ticket on costomer check and the results was "unable to process, see cashere" I ask the cashere to check my mumbers, and before I reliesed it she handed me $9. And she waded up my result paper and threw it in the trash I ask to see the ticket she said no i got to twrn it in, i told her I just wanted to see the ticket she refused, when I got home I called the manager (laura) and tryed to exp and she would not listen I told her to Please go to the trash can and look for my relult ticket, and call me back and tell me what it said, she never did, I am 75 years old, and It worries me, I have been in the store several times and she ignors me 8306721505 J.C.
