Rip off / scam

Have only discovered that I've been involved with a fraud for quite some time. Toughest component may be the fraud artist is just a nearby power provider Nicor Solutions. They've gathered over $2400 in addition to what my price of gasoline must have been for that previous 4 years. And, when asked about this they stated that was the agreement I selected. I expected to get a backup of the agreement that I closed, easily they declare it had been spoken. I requested to truly have the money returned and was informed the very best he might do was provide me a-one month credit. Others have to know how their "Mounted Statement Plan" works which it's a rip-off. For me, I'm just one mother attempting to help two children on the restricted revenue in a house that my Mother is allowing us live in. I am angry as H... And am not likely to go anymore! But have now been informed that I'd have to spend an EXIT CHARGE simply to get free from this program! Today if all this does not shout FRAUD I actually donot understand what does - just how can this be authorized? Can anybody help me?
