Allowed unwanted and unwelcome sexually offensive environment on their bus

A particular bus passenger is allowed to use lewd speech on their bus and abuse bus customers with intimidation and threats for complaining. Bus company also failed to take any remedial action after it was put on notice and permitted the bus passenger to interfer with other passenger's right to travel after she complained about him. Bus company did not investigate complaint but rather illicited statements against assertions to cover up legitimate complaint about the bus company.
