The interestrate on my boa american express card was doubled, they claim that they sent me a letter and that i missed the cut off period. The last time they tried this on another account they included the notice in my electronic statement and i refused the thievery so they closed my account. This time however i guess they figured i would not read any mail because all my statements are electronic they did not post it with my statement so i missed the cut off date. My rate went from 11% to 21% this after they ripped off the world and then we bailed them out. They should change the logo colors to strictly red because they are far from a respectable american business they are more like a red chinese company that preys on their people.
