Ripoff

I ordered a pair of Phase4Orthotics and tried them for several days and could not get used to them. I returned them via UPS as stated on the company's instructions. There was supposedly a 100% satisfaction guarantee or you would get your money (credit) back.

My credit card has not been credited and repeated telephone calls, emails go unanswered.
