Bad Phone

Bought a phone in july and it worked for awhile. Tryed to use phone later phone didn't ring and when I tried to make a call it said "emergency only". I took the phone back to the store and it was replaced with another phone. That phone did the same thing. I called the t-moble number on my bill and they tolc me that the phone was locked and it was not an authorized phone from them. I went back to the store and tried to explain to the owner what was said and was told ther was nothing he could do since i waited so long to get back to him. I explained that too and he still said there wasnothing he could do.
