Vacation Property Network Big time scammers! Guaranteed to refund money if they don't find buyers within 6 months, but reneged on this for no results, renewed my contract but sent me bogus email addresses of potential buyers

Please put this company out of business, they are bigtime scammers. They guaranteed that they will refund the money I paid them if they cannot send me names of potentials buyers of my timeshare, but after six moiths of no activity, I wrote them a letter attachinga copy of our signed agreement. But they totally reneged on it saying that I did not qualify since they sent me s-mails of potential buyers. I told them I did not get any, and they can provide me copies of such emails. When they cannot produced such, they offered to extend the conbtract for 6 more months. Then I got 23 e-mails, one bounced the other one was a bogus one.
They now claimed that they fullfill their end of the contract by sending me bogus e-mails. These people should be put out of business to avid scamming others.
