Unauthorized bank draft

Our acct was in hold to I really could return on my feet economically. Somebody at Direct TV created an error and taken 712.01 from my banking account on 10/27/09. I'm obtaining the run-around to obtain my reimbursement of money-not owed for them. Possess a group of 6, can not purchase goods or place gasoline in my own vehicle. They've really lied and do not worry about anybody.
