They will not back there warranty

We had then install a patio cover. 5 months later we noticed a few cracks in the panels and it was leaking. We contacted them 10 times they refuse to even come look at it. Every time we called they said we would have to schedule a visit but couldn't do the scheduling the person who does that was out of the office. Bill wax is suppose to be the v. P of the company but he couldn't help either. So if you rare looking far a patio cover i would not recomend them.
