UnionTelecom is a SCAM

Union Telecom is a biggest fraud, cheater and ripper. Theya re looting people's money. They give false promises, cheat you and then rip your money.

1. I was getting very frequent calls from Union Telecom before I took their service. They were calling me 3-4 times every day. I finally took their service and deposited 40$ which they promised would return to me once I cancel their service.

2. UnionTelecom call center gay told me their billing fee as 2.9 cents per minutes with some connection fee. I never notices that they has been manipulation the minutes of call (always charging 30 mins when I talked for 20 mins, charging 40 mines when I talked for 30 mins etc) and that too in US dollars even thought they promised me in Canadian Dollar.

3. After being ripped off for so many monthly (when my monthly bill used to over around 70-80 $), I decided to cancel the service. I called their call center and the gay said 1st I have to pay all pending amount and my deposit cannot be adjusted. When I paid the last bill. He transferred me to some other guy, who was not at all willing to cancel my account.

4. After talking with him for 40 mins, he said he has cancelled my account, but refused to return my deposit. He said that is non-refundable, which is not what they promised when I took the service.

I really wish I would have done some internet research before taking UnionTelecom's service.

All, DONOT ever talk to these guys, if you get any call from UnionTelecom. They are just eyeing your money and ready to rip you off.

If you look into their site, they donot even exist in US. They just have one p. O box as US address. This fraud UnionTelecom is operating from some latin American country and ripping off US dollars from US and Canadian people.
