Stealing is still stealing no matter how you go about it!

I ordered the Smart Smoker free trial for my husband in hopes that this would help him quit smoking. I emailed the "company" and asked them what the next step would be as far as billing, etc. I was told that we had an additional week for the trial since there was a delay in shipping and should email back in a few days. Next thing I knew my debit card had been used and $99.99 been taken from my account. But, that's not all. Because I didn't know when the charges would be made and how much, I also received 3 overdrafts from my bank because I went shopping the same day the charge was made against my account. Today I went to the bank and had my card cancelled and reissued, because I was afraid of additional charges. I tried to email them again explaining what happened, and that I didn't appreciate there practices, and expected some sort of restitution. Guess what? Their server refused my email attempts. The email was sent on 4 different days! Something needs to be done about this company or the individuals. The product is not really that bad, but the folks who sell it are thieves.
