Rip-off scam overdrew my account

I thought this company hire me as a CSR to transfer funds threw my bank account and wire it via western union, well yesterday I recieved a email stated that my first transaction was ready so I checked my account and the money was there so I followed the instructions and proceed to withdraw the money to wire it via western union sent my confirmation emails under the impression that this was all legit, but today I learned that my account was overdrawn $8,720 because the transfer has so how been reversed and The bank told me I need to speak with the Company and now I cant get in touch with them!!!
