I entered my credit card number before I ordered as they said it would be a free trial. I never pressed any "submit" button although pressed the "back" arrow at the top of the page as I was trying to find out what the price for the free trial. Before I knew it the computer grabbed my information and it ended up that they charged me FULL PRICE and charged me for two orders. I called immediately and the girl I spoke to said they would take care of this right away as I told her this money could not come out of my account. A few days later the money was taken out of my checking and I have $120 of overdraft charges. They told me there were no notes on my phone call. I have the emails showing I cancelled it within 10 minutes. That happened on Oct. 16 and they took the money out of my account on Oct. 22nd so they had plenty of time to stop that order. They more or less told me "tough shit". I still don't have enought money in my account to cover any checks coming up. If you order USE CAUTION! I would not give them any information until you have confirmed the order. DO NOT give the information before the order is confirmed!!
