Ordered 30 free trial, told them three times to NOT enroll me in anything, ripoff stealing money out of my checking account

I ordered a 30 free trial for the shipping cost. I told the man three times do not enroll me in anything nor charge my account any thing farther unless I send in an order. He agreed, I again said now you will not charge anything but the $4.50 to my account unless I reorder and he said that is correct.

Within a few days they had charged my account $70.00 which I immediately began to call them each time they said they would credit my account back the 70.00 with 24-48 hours. I have called them 8 times and it was my debit card thus my checking account is in overdraft due to charges of over $200.00.

I keep getting promises, I can't write any checks, I can't buy my medication due to their stealing money out of my checking account.
