Sneaky company

This is the first time I wrote a review on anything. I feel I have to warn people about this company. This company has charged me a total of about $160 in a matter of 5 days. (before the 7 day trial). I spoke to a representative who told me that they charged me $29.95 every time I pressed the "order now" button for all three reports, in which I thought were free during the trial. Little did I know that at the bottom of the page stated that it cost $29.95. I spoke with the supervisor who stated that every time I clicked they charged it in my card. Why would i keep ordering the same report 5 times in a row knowing it wasn't free? Well, the supervisor told me where to get the free report which is hidden and small whereas the ordering of three reports (which is the only button I saw to order the reports) was big and didn't mention the price. I got hacked for close to $200 and regret ever going to this site. As a result, I will only be refunded for two of the reports. A lesson learned.

I forgot to mention that I order a report from them two years ago where I was charged month to month without even knowing for about 5 months. I blame myself for this as I did not call to cancel. I spoke to a representative who says she even saw that I never viewed the report but as a policy I will still be charged. I was never refunded. The reason I went back to them is because I told myself to cancel before the trial but was still charged for repeatedly clicking where I thought would be my free report.
