The service in the herkimer & ilion chains (ny.) are less thansatisfying.
Not only is the service slow, when you want a condiment they want $. 25 cents each more. When you bring it the aattention that a person uses difeerent tthings than ketchup on fries etc. They tell you that they are sorry and walk away.
