Molested now stalking my 16 year old daughter! Evil dirt bags

KEVIN FAIRCHILD MOLESTED MY MINOR DAUGHTER, whom he LIED to about his age. He said he was 17 but is 22 years old! I made the MISTAKE of allowing her to have dinner with him but he never brought her home until the next day, upon which she informed me he had held her against her will and molested her in his home. NOW this PERVERT is sending constant, harrassing emails, making harrassing phonecalls, and threatening the both of us, claiming WE ARE HARRASSING HIM!!! THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!

I am scared because he knows where we live, is a computer hacker, and displays antisocial and sometimes psychotic behavior! He has LITERALLY found a way to view what we write on the internet (emails, etc...).

AFTER I emailed him telling him if he did not STOP emailing us, I would report him to the police, he is now emailing us, making THREATS to have us taken to court for harrassing HIM (!!) by leaving voicemails and sending harrassing emails!!! HE IS A LIAR!!!

The ONLY voicemails that were left involved my daughter calling him to ask him to STOP calling and making prank calls as he knows I am a single mom raising an infant too who is temporarily disabled, in Physical Therapy, JUST had surgery and knows I cannot afford to order caller iD because I am forced to use a smokesignal phone company which charges a $25 fee just to add caller ID and then $12 or $13 each month for the service. I already am paying $60 per month JUST for local phone service! THIS MAN IS A PEDIOPHILE and PREYS on YOUNG GIRLS so I am writing this to WARN others who may have young, daughters using the internet in a naive attempt to make a friend!

Should he choose to reply with a rebuttal, certainly he will lie, just as he continues to lie in his emails he keeps sending to me and my daughter, threatening us!!! HOW can I PROVE he is stalking her (he also pulls up in our parking lot but takes off fast when I step outside!) when his emails not only do not admit he kidnapped and molested my daughter but in order to make HIMSELF LOOK INNOCENT (he is SLICK, a REAL CON ARTIST!) he writes accusing US of harrassing HIM! And accuses my 16 y/o daughter of continueing to cALL HIM (WHICH I KNOW she is NOT doing as she spends all her time with ME!) and is threatening to file charges, including a RESTRAINING ORDER!!! We dont even own a car!!! How on earth could my young daughter pose any physical THREAT to this grown man?!!

OBVIOUSLY, he is scared of going to jail but refuses to stop harrassing us!!! WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP HIM?
WITH HIM MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST MY DAUGHTER, will the police even lISTEN to us if I contact them??? Isnt computer stalking and computer hacking illegal???
