Harrassing me at work, harrassing my children and posing as someone else, using Federal Phone number to show on Caller ID

After a divorce, I was left with 3 kids and credit card debt. I struggled to pay it and was given a lesser payment under a hardship agreement. I paid faithfully (for 2 years). When the hardship grace period was over and payments escalated well over double, I could no longer pay. No offer was made, it was all or none according to the Credit Card Company.

Capital Management Svc. Has NO mercy. They hound me constantly and better yet they harass my children, calling them "Little Story Teller" when I am not home and bad mouthing me to my 13 year old daughter. To make matters worse upsetting them to no end while they are in Federally Mandated testing at school. My children have suffered ENOUGH already!!! They call my school and leave threatening messages for me with our Receptionist (Also, while I am administering Federally Mandated Tests!).

But the best of this is yet to come; they somehow called my cell phone having my local Clerks Office number appear on my phone. A man stated that he was a representative of the company threatening to file a Judgment against me. After calling my longtime friend (The Clerk of Court), she stated that there is no one there by that name and it is illegal for anyone to call from her line and make harassing threats. This judgment would first have to go through the credit cards attorney and be signed by a judge.

This company acts very unprofessionally and will stop at no end including harassing innocent children who are NOT to blame when parents divorce! Not to mention, do not dread leaving threatening messages with your employer.
