This Company is a MAJOR RIP OFF AND A FRAUD

I am most certainly a victim of the Lotion Town Co. I purchased over $150.00 of their products. I still have NOT received them. They will NOT return your emails, and they do not have a phone number that is legit. I am extremely angry! That is an understatement. I purchased the extra insurance for my pkg. I still have not received anything.
If someone could PLEASE tell me how or what to do NOW... That would be kindly appreciated.
