Ordered lotion. When I didn't recieve confirmation E-mail, I E-mailed V. Hoff asking status of my order and he first said he would forward to shipping manager then when I recieved no response. He responded "i will get my order next week". After a few weeks of no shipment i tried emails and leavign messages yet no response. My card was charged and i recieved nothing.
