Tanning lotion ripoff

I purchased a bottle of tanning lotion back in june. I have never received, but they got their money. I sent an email about 4 weeks after ordering and they blamed the floods for delaying their shippments... So i continued to wait. Sent other emails with no response, then called just to find the # posted on their website is disconnected. They are nothing but crooks and low lifes. It absolutely discusses me to know there are people out there like that and they could care less of what they do to people.
