I do want to understand why I'm being billed $24.95? I never approved your organization to withhold that quantity from my bank account. The total amount is on-hold today and certainly will proceed thru possibly the 13th or 14th. Please don't take that money from my account. I have previously notified my lender for this nonsense.

I used your support twice and was billed currently. Do not try it again!!!
