The product I ordered from Cribs.com (Netshops) a while ago was recalled, so I contacted the company to receive a refund. They notified me that they submitted a refund to my original payment (AMEX) on January 19th. Today is April 8th, i never received a refund, I contacted AMEX a while ago and they told me transaction never taken place. Apparently Cribs.com just decided to tell me that they refunded the money (While they did not!). I'm very upset about this situation and would like to warn potential customers - do not have business with people who would not stand behind their words!
