Payment made but not updated

I want to discontinue my tata indicom number which i bought with handset on installment basis, i was having 2 installments pending and i made the payment for that installments 2days back but they are saying that we didnt get any payment, i have the receipt for the same with me they told me that this payment will be updated within 2 hours and i will get a confirmation call but till now i didnt got any call or not even updated with the payments. Please lokk after over this aspect because my monthly rentals will not going to stop till the time my number is active.
