Phone staff hard to understand and hang up on callers

Dell organization is very poor. You can't understand the people who answer the phone. They hang up on you. They never let you speak to a supervisor. They don't get your order right. They don't care. They spin you every chance they get. No one tries to help you. Its like they are doing you a favor and your a paying customer. I would not advise anyone to buy their products. Trying to get anything is impossible
