Dell organization is very poor. You can't understand the people who answer the phone. They hang up on you. They never let you speak to a supervisor. They don't get your order right. They don't care. They spin you every chance they get. No one tries to help you. Its like they are doing you a favor and your a paying customer. I would not advise anyone to but their products. Trying to get anything is impossible
