2 HEB managers refused to sell me beer even though I am of age and during alcohol purchasing hours because I presented my US military ID

In Victoria, Tx at 12:44 am on Sunday October 3rd, two HEB managers refused to sell me alcohol because they claimed I needed a valid Texas Drivers Liscense. I gave them my current Military ID which has my birthdate and social sec. Number and they said it was HEB policy even though from the very same location the previous night I had purchased a 4 pack of beer with the same military ID. Outrageous.
