Wal-Mart Unfair, and Mistreated

I was at walmart just the other week when I heard an employee asking for the weekend off as their paid vacation. Now usually with paid vacation you just need to let your superior know when and they will set it up for you. So this person that was working there for over two years asked and was oked to leave, than comes back and gets fired because he didnt come to work, but in truth he was on vacation. How unfair and unlogical is that. The company should never have ok it if they were gonna go back on their words, thats just untrustworthy, and if they do that to their own employees what have they been doing to the customer. Its especially unfair since the employee had gave advance notice to the exact when he was gonna take off. As for already firing this guy they should rehire him with a paid raise since it wasnt his fault but the company and the people that was in management. To me that seems fair cuz no offends but you just screwed him over for nothing. If your screwing your own people that way, what will we customers believe and how much can we trust to shop with you?
