I spent $42 "next day air saver" to ship my mother's medications to her while she was at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She left them at home.
She just returned home without them, three days after I sent them. When I look up the tracking number on-line I see that the package is currently in Illinois. The only way I can contact UPS (according to their website) is by registering for emails of their newsletters, service updates, etc.in other words, for $42 what I got was my shipment in a wrong location, my mother's medications lost and the only option of help is registering for junk mail. If these were anything but my Mom's meds, I would probably count myself lucky that I now knew what little value UPS places on customer service. My time will now be spent contacting her physicians to get duplicate prescriptions. I will NEVER use UPS again... Because they think so little of their customers that we can't be trusted with a phone number to call when there is a problem.
