I've been billed $14.95 monthly for last 8 weeks. I've named national show several occasions plus they are not prepared to stop the costs. I've named Microsoft 800-469-9269 /866234-6020/800-386-5550 and after moving in groups for atleats 1-hour I had been informed that I ought to have my orignal charge card # that we purchased in past to join up the consideration. I told them i dont contain it however they simply not prepared to hear. Then i questioned them atleast to not cost and again tehy say they CAn't take action.
It appears tome that simply do not provide your credit card to microsoft of course if you be sure you are prepared to stop the charge card
