Keeps Charging my CC after numerous calls & emails to cancel

Only thing I've for proof that I've been billed since April of after several calls and emails to prevent is that this mail I came across in my own GMAIL record:

Description: I offered my xbox360 Final April. And also have been billed for almost 10 weeks since, and also have terminated within the telephone and online twice today almost 8 weeks before! Is there whatever you may do to repair this?
I've since named numerous occasions today and also have been guaranteed this could finish. I've named my CC organization and had them attempt to combat it, but have discovered small success. When there is any justice or perhaps a method to get this to finish apart from altering my CC # just due to Microsoft, I'd enjoy some support. I will give a screen-shot of unique mail, and witnesses. I am simply not sure what otherwise I - can do, Microsoft has taken nearly 240 bucks from me, and I'd like it back.
