Not licensed< not member of bbb! Kelly Chandler of Tri State Basement Technologies does not honor his warranties. I bought a house with a waterproofing system his previous comapny All Dry installed. I had a leak, called him, he came out tried to say it was floor cracks without even inspecting the problem then said he didn't have to fix it cause he was no longer All Dry.

He is not licensed in Indiana or a member of the BBB. How he is still working is beyond me. The BBB is the one who told me to check out his license, which he has none.

I am aggrevated that as a customer I am out the money to fix a problem that should have been taken care of by a warranty.

Mr. Chandler is very dishonest and a very bad business man.

He has many complaints with the BBB and the building commisioner here in IN.
