Everydry waterproofing - bad business

I agree with the person from Monroeville - that Everydry is a rip off and the company conducts bad business. We got our basement "waterproofed" in June and have had nothing but problems since!

It is now december and we have called them countless times. We left numerous messages and called numerous times before anyone ever calls us back. Our basement is leaking just as much as it did before Everydry came to our home!

If my family knew all Everydry was going to do was try and cover up the problem (and not actually fix the problem) -we could have done that ourselves and saved us $10,000!!

We are still, to this day, trying to get Everdry to come back and actually waterproof our basement! We are not having much success. They call and tell us they are coming to look at the basement -then cancel the appointment at the last minute... It has happened more than once in the past 6 months of trying to get this issue resolved.

Do not recommend Everydry to anyone you know with a wet basement... They do unprofessional work, have bad customer service, and do not fix any problems that occur.
