No Mo Coffee - Coffee Serial #128900791

On Christmas Eve, my wife, myself, and another elderly couple dined out at Applebees. Eric W was our waiter. With my meal I ask for a small water and black coffee. He filled the other waters several times. 3 times I ask for more coffee, "Yes sir, I'll be right back".in an hour and 1/2, I had 1 cup of coffee with my meal. Needless to say, No Tip. No apologys.
