Applebee's customer service - Best Server Ever!

Dear Sir or Madame,
This last Saturday, April 25, my husband and I were returning home from a pleasant afternoon spent wine tasting. We were hungry, and we usually do not frequent chain restaurants, but decided to try out Applebee's at 1527 Caldwell Blvd, Nampa, Idaho 83651 because we did not know the area very well.

Our server greeted us right away with, "Hi, my name is Sarah and I'll be taking care of you this evening." And take care of us she did! She anticipated our every need, and brought us what we needed before we could even ask. Her attention was effective, but never intrusive, and she was pleasant and efficient. When she saw my napkin was sticking to my glass, she came over and sprinkled a little salt on the coaster, and voila! No more sticking. She continued to give extraordinary service during the entire meal. She was truly the best server I have ever experienced!

My husband and I decided that on the strength of her excellent service, we would again return to this Applebee's in the future!

It is my hope that this young lady, Sarah T. Be highly commended for her very professional manner and service above and beyond the norm. The manager of this franchise is indeed fortunate to have such a person on his team!
