Ripoff my self 50'000 dollars

In the year 1996. I loaned panther moutain pavers owend by clarence t. Peck the sum of 50,000 dollars. Every since i loan the money to him he avoid me. I offerd payment arraigment he refussed. I took him to court one a judgement and won. He still refuse to pay staten he dosent have any employment his bussness not maken money. I seen clarence on seveal jobs and i have photos. And statement to show he worked erning thousands of dollars from the school and village. And private jobs as well.

And for a person who aint got money he has bought new equitment and selling the equitment that was used for collaterol in loan. He breached our contract. For some one whose so poor he remodeled his house on many of differnt times. Also tried to attack me threating to kill me. Again nothing was done sincerly Lou H
