Store 4959 - Iced Hazelnut coffee

I ordered a large iced hazelnut coffee and a medium mocha for a friend. I got attitude when asked if I could pay for them seperately, which she did do but while rolling her eyes the whole time. Also, the hazelnut was not added to my drink and had barely any sugar on top of that, so I got a large iced bitter coffee and it was nasty.
