Service deteriorating - Sugar Free Iced Coffee

I ordered Sugar Free Iced coffee. Received a sugared coffee. I returned to the store. Requested to speak to manager. Manager was dismissive and un-empathetic to my complaint that this has happened more then once. Mr. Lewis was outright disrespectful and escalated the situation by his unprofessional attitude.
