Complaint on McDonalds - Iced Coffee

McDonalds is on my way to work, i stop there about 3-4 times a week for their frappe. I love having a frappe coffee in the morning. The location in white bear lake though never has Frappe's in the morning. They always say that they do not have frappe's or smoothies ready. Seriously? It is 8:00am and you do not have any coffee frappe's? Well anyways today i went there and they said they were out so i decided to get an iced coffee. I paid and then they told me it will be just a minute and someone is making my 2 iced coffees and to pull ahead and wait. Well i pulled ahead for 10 minutes! I was late to work because of this. Then when the guy came to bring me the coffees he said sorry about the wait, we all forgot about you! Are you serious? I tried the my coffee and my coworker tried her's and they were so disgusting that we took 1 sip and threw them out. I would like a refund for those two coffees that i paid for and only took one sip.
