Horrible Customer Service - Window shades

This retailer is completely unprofessional and I wish I would never have placed an order with them.

I ordered fairly expensive shades for two rooms in my house, but the order was incorrect. I wanted top down/bottom up to replace the bottom up that was already in my bathroom. The shades came and were ONLY bottom up. When I contacted the merchant about their mistake, the sales person said "it is my word against yours, so I am not doing anything to correct the problem as I already have your money". Great, huh? So, now I am stuck with the same product I already had in my bathroom, only out $400.

And to top it all off, they chipped my bathroom wall in 3 places during the installation! Again, he claims that it is somehow my fault...?
