Poor service - manage

Went to the McDonalds on Bloomingdale tonight... Ordered $20.00 worth of food... OF COURSE THE ORDER WAS NOT RIGHT!!! I requested the manager... A boy came to the window... Refused to give me his name or store number... I hhad to call... Was told store mgr on duty was a David... Even though he knew my order was not correct he told me if I do not leave IMMEDIATELY he was going to call the police on me!!! Whats up with that??? I had to drive all the way home... Call the store to get missing info he would not provide me... Drive all the way back to feed my family their correct order... And now spend time filing complaints... Guessing they wont go anywhere...
