Infocity called my company dozens of times. Usually I would just hang up, but on a few occasions I let them say their spiel, but as soon as they wanted to record me I would hang up. They kept calling and said they would keep calling until I agreed. So I did. The man said his thing so fast you could not understand him. So I was very careful and said "yes as long as I do not have to cancel or pay for anything." The man said he needed a yes or no. So I repeated my answer 2 more times. Then he said they would keep calling (they called 3 times that day alone.) if I did not give him a yes or no, and he said I did not have to cancel or pay anything. So I did just said a very reluctant "yes" IF you listen to the recording you can hear my hesitation. But they edited out the 5 to 10 minute conversation to were I just said yes. Weeks latter my AT&T bill has 2 months charges for Infocity of $74.79. So I called them and they said I agreed and played back the edited recording, and they said I had to pay the charges. I think this is fraud and theft. Deceptive sales and fraud
